By placement of an order with Sign Setup it is to be understood that the following terms and conditions will be in effect:

1. Agent will be responsible party for payment of all applicable fees as requested on Sign Setup order form.

2. Agent will provide Sign Setup with complete, accurate information for installations and removals including cross streets, map coordinates, and phone numbers. In the case of vacant lots it is recommended that the Agent place a marker at desired location of the signage.

3. It is understood that all goods furnished by Sign Setup will remain the property of Sign Setup.

4. Agent is responsible for obtaining Owner / Tenant / Home Association approvals before requesting service from Sign Setup.

5. In the event of lost or damaged property of Sign Setup. Agent will reimburse Sign Setup for current cost of lost or damaged property. Sign Setup is not responsible for any loss or theft of Agent owned signs or riders.

6. Agent will make every attempt to assist Sign Setup in recovering signs and sign posts from property when required due to blocked access caused by locked gates / garage areas.

7. Due to Liability issues only employees of Sign Setup may install or remove our posts. Please inform your clients of this policy.

8. All employees of Sign Setup are equipped with cell phones should issues arise while attempting to either place or retrieve signage we will make every attempt to contact the Agent listed on the order form to resolve the problem. Should we be unable to contact the Agent our employee will make a "best judgment" effort to remedy the situation. If a second trip is needed additional fees will be required. The Agent will be requested to approve these charges verbally.

It is further understood that Sign Setup will:

1. Provide sign posts and brochure boxes as described (pictured) on the order form.

2. Make every effort to install / remove signage as requested on the order form within 48 hours of the request submittal. Should this not be possible the Agent will be contacted and advised of the situation.

3. Follow all instructions included on the order form to comply with HOA rules and regulations.

4. Repair as a result of our installation, any damage to sprinkler systems / pipes. Please note that Sign Setup will NOT pay for any claimed damages unless said damages are inspected and written approval is given for repair by employee of Sign Setup.

5. Should the order form not contain complete sign placement information. The Sign Setup employee will locate sign in front of the address noted on the order form. Any additional relocation requests will be charged accordingly.

6. Upon separate agreement, Sign Setup will maintain inventory of Agent owned signs / riders. These will remain the property of the Agent will be returned within 24 hours upon request.

7. Agent owned signs / riders maintained at the Sign Setup facility will be stored in an enclosed and secured storage area.
